Bryson is a 600-acre community nestled in the oak-covered rolling hills just north of Austin in Leander, Texas. Coleman & Associates worked in coordination with the developer to design amenities that support an authentic yet modern lifestyle for its residents. Our services included the design of the main entry and wayfinding/marketing signage that all support the guiding principles of the community. A unique pocket park is a key feature in the neighborhood, with a small amphitheater-style gathering area and a water tower that doubles as a shade structure. A resort-style community park was also designed to encourage a relaxed and interactive family place, providing something for everyone.
