Coleman & Associates provided landscape design for the Austin Energy Services Center as Phase I of the Cameron Industrial Park. This 145,000 square foot facility consolidated Austin Energy’s operations with office and lab space, a climate-controlled warehouse, and a 10-acre equipment staging yard. The building was designed to achieve WELL Silver and Austin Energy Green Building 3-Star ratings. A rainwater harvesting cistern and shaded gathering areas are amongst the sustainable elements on site.
