In addition to providing landscape architecture services for the broader Veramendi mixed-use development, Coleman & Associates was contracted for two multi-tenant retail centers within the community. Retail Center 4B/4C consists of a single-story commercial building, while Retail Center 4D/4E includes two 4,900-square-foot retail buildings serving neighborhood businesses and services. Our team coordinated with architecture and engineering to create attractive, pedestrian-friendly commercial environments that complement the character of the surrounding development and contribute to a cohesive community identity.
