Georgetown City Hall

Location: Georgetown, TX

Client: City of Georgetown | The Lawrence Group

Size: 19,700 SF

Located on the edge of the historic downtown, the City of Georgetown needed to convert a former 1980s library with an open floor plan into offices for city agencies and smaller multi-function spaces. The existing space also had a stepped façade, which had worked well with library stacks but was not necessarily conducive for an office building. To accommodate the Owner’s full program, Coleman & Associates worked with the project Architect to design a shared common landscape area, which will be extended in the future to create a new gathering space for the community.
